Kellie Hoy

Kellie Hoy was born and raised in Spokane, WA. After receiving an associates degree in business, she began working in management in the restaurant industry. She then moved on to become Operations Manager at Red Rock Catering , and currently works in sales and off-site catering. The energy of catering, the exceptional staff, and the thrill of creating a memorable event for every client from beginning to end brings her a sense of satisfaction and excitement as she prides herself in making each moment unforgettable.

Ali Messer

Ali Messer grew up in a small town in Montana, and relocated to Spokane in 2005 where she received a degree in psychology with a concentration in business. Ali began her career with the Red Rock Catering in 2008 as a server, and is now the Catering Sales Manager. Ali loves the Spokane community and the character that each person brings to the variety of events held at the mansion, and is passionate about making every event unique and memorable.

Jason Hoy

Chef Hoy has always had a passion for cooking from the very beginning.  He loves the energy of cooking, the action, and the camaraderie of a kitchen environment.

Chef Hoy began at the Glover Mansion as the Sous Chef and stayed in that position for over two years.  He was then promoted to the Executive Chef in 2009.  At this time the Glover Mansion branched out and began Red Rock Catering; Spokane’s newest and most delicious catering company.

Red Rock Catering is the exclusive caterer to Centerplace in the Spokane Valley, an exclusive caterer to the Masonic Center in downtown Spokane, a partner caterer for the Lincoln Center and the exclusive caterer for the Fox Theater.

Chef Hoy practices his profession daily to ensure the best, most inspirational and freshest ingredients possible.  He loves what he does and always comes to work inspired and smiling.

Brandon Dallara

Brandon Dallara was born in California and raised in Spokane, Wa.  His love of cooking came at a very young age.  Brandon’s father was also a chef.  He began to learn the skills of a chef around ten years old and later went on to study Culinary Arts at Spokane Community College.

During Brandon’s time at Red Rock Catering, he has prepared meals for Steve Martin, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Bob Weir and Michelle Obama as well as many other prominent figures.  Prior to working for Red Rock Catering, Brandon worked as a Personal Chef and has assisted many friends and family in beginning their restaurant ventures.

Brandon loves being able to live out his passion for cooking each day with Red Rock Catering.  He truly believes the way to anyone’s heart is through a delicious meal and having the ability to execute that day in and day out is precisely the reason he became a Chef.
